As a Client Advisor in our Rolex Boutique, you will be a steward of an iconic brand. Your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional, consultative experience to our discerning clientele, building lasting relationships founded on trust, expertise, and a shared passion for horological excellence. You will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of our boutique and contributing to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects the prestige and values of the Rolex brand.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through expert knowledge, attentive service, and genuine passion for clienteling.
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by understanding client aspirations and presenting our collection with authority.
Maintain a deep and current understanding of Rolex craftsmanship, heritage, and product collections.
Uphold impeccable boutique standards, including visual merchandising, inventory care, and operational procedures.
Collaborate seamlessly with your team to foster a professional, supportive, and high-performing environment.
What You Bring
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles, preferably within fine watches and jewelry.
A genuine passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences and building client loyalty.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
A proven track record of achieving sales results in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency with retail systems and CRM tools.
A personable, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to collective success.
Fluency in a second language is considered a strong asset.
