Oakridge Park is designed for a future where people and the planet thrive together. Its neighbourhood energy system reduces greenhouse gas emissions by more than 70% - the same as planting 160,000 trees each year or removing 1,300 cars from the road. From day one, over 90% of the community’s energy will be zero-carbon, with a goal of reaching 100% within a decade. Instead of relying on distant reservoirs, Oakridge Park will draw most of its water from the aquifer beneath the site, with a vision of becoming fully self-sufficient. Nearly 20 acres of asphalt will transform into 13 acres of green space, and 1,400 trees will rise again, restoring the landscape for generations to come.

Time Out Market
Oakridge Park will be home to the second Time Out Market in Canada. Located in the shopping centre, Time Out Market Vancouver will bring the best of the city together under one roof – it will offer a curated collection of the city’s best culinary and cultural experiences. Visitors will get to taste food from top local chefs plus renowned restaurateurs, sip cocktails from award-winning mixologists and enjoy art, music and entertainment from rising talents. Across 54,000 sq ft, there will be a diverse mix of 17 live cooking kitchens, three bars, a coffee shop, a stage, art and cultural spaces, and an open-air patio, as well as a signature cocktail lounge, an event space, and a demonstration kitchen. With approximately 1,000 plus seats (including the event space), guests will have a variety of indoor and al fresco dining options
