SEPTEMBER 12 TO OCTOBER 9, 2026, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST

1. Promotion Period. This promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from 9:00 a.m. on September 12, 2026 to 9:00 p.m. on October 9, 2026, Pacific Time (the “Promotional Period”), or until available Rewards are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Enquiries: marketing@oakridgepark.com.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority at the time of purchase (18 in AB, ON, QC and MB; 19 in BC). Purchases made by or for a business, or for resale, do not qualify.

3. Qualifying Purchases. A “Qualifying Purchase” is an in-person purchase at a participating retailer, as listed at https://www.oakridgepark.com/en-us/events/the-front-row (the “Participating Retailers”) at the time of purchase, made during the Promotional Period and evidenced by an original itemized dated receipt. Taxes, levies, delivery and alteration charges, gift cards and prepaid cards, tuition and other payments for educational, instructional or training programs, lottery, tobacco and vapour products, alcohol, prescriptions, postage, deposits, layaway and account payments, online, telephone and delivery-platform orders (including in-store pickup), and any amount returned or refunded, are excluded from receipt totals. Receipts must relate to the participant's own purchases, and no receipt may be counted for more than one participant.

4. How to Participate. During the Promotional Period, present original receipts representing Qualifying Purchases totalling an eligible spending threshold in person at Oakridge Park Presentation Gallery from October 10-13, 2026 with valid government-issued photo identification. Participation by an agent, or by mail, telephone, email or online, is not permitted.

5. Rewards. A participant may submit receipts representing Qualifying Purchases totalling: 

(a) $10,000 or more to receive one (1) ticket admitting one person to the Event, with seating at the exhibition platform (the “Tier C Reward”); 

(b) $20,000 or more to receive one (1) ticket admitting one person to the Event, with seating at the runway ramp (the “Tier B Reward”); 

(c) $30,000 or more to receive one (1) ticket admitting one person to the Event, with seating at the runway edge (the “Tier A Reward”); or 

(d) $50,000 or more to receive two (2) tickets admitting two persons to the Event, with seating at the runway edge, plus two (2) admissions to a group meet-and-greet (the “Tier A+ Reward”).

Each of the Tier C Reward, the Tier B Reward, the Tier A Reward and the Tier A+ Reward is a “Reward”. The approximate retail value of the Tier C Reward is $588, of the Tier B Reward is $888, of the Tier A Reward is $1,288 and of the Tier A+ Reward is $1,688. Each receipt may be used only once, and the receipts submitted at one time earn only one Reward, the Reward for the highest threshold those receipts meet, and lower-tier Rewards are not also awarded. To earn another Reward, a participant must submit additional receipts, not previously used, that on their own meet a spending threshold. Each guest may receive a maximum of four (4) tickets throughout the promotion.

100 Tier C Rewards, 100 Tier B Rewards, 20 Tier A Rewards and 10 Tier A+ Rewards are available. Rewards are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities last, and no Reward is guaranteed even where a threshold is met. Rewards must be claimed during the Promotional Period and a Reward not claimed within the Promotional Period is forfeited, will not be reissued and has no cash value.

6. The Event. The Event is scheduled for October 15, 2026 at the North Atrium at Oakridge Park and is intended to feature a fashion show. All details of the Event, including its date, time, location, format, duration, seating configuration and seating locations, designers and models, are indicative only, are determined by the event producer, and may change, be reduced or be withdrawn at any time without notice. No particular designer or model is guaranteed as part of any Reward.

7. Tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, resold or used for any commercial purpose; any ticket so dealt with is void. Seating is assigned within the seating area applicable to the Reward and may not be selected. Each ticket admits one person subject to venue rules, capacity and security screening, and admission may be refused or revoked without compensation for non-compliance or disruptive conduct. Attendance at the Event and the meet-and-greet is subject to all consents, waivers and conditions of entry for ticketholders required by the event producer or the venue. Rewards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, have no cash value, and all costs of attending are the ticket holder’s responsibility.

8. Cancellation and Substitution. If the Event is postponed, tickets may be honoured for the rescheduled date, at the sole and absolute discretion of Oakridge Park Holdings Inc. (“Sponsor”) the organizers of the Promotion. If the Event or the meet-and-greet is cancelled, postponed, relocated, shortened, altered or otherwise not held as described, or if a Reward or any component of it otherwise becomes unavailable or cannot be provided for any reason, a promotional gift card for use at the Oakridge Mall Shopping Centre in the amount of $588 for a Tier C Reward, $888 for a Tier B Reward, $1,288 for a Tier A Reward and $1,688 for a Tier A+ Reward may be substituted at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizers of the Promotion. Any substitution offered under this section is the recipient’s sole and exclusive remedy and discharges all obligations in respect of the Reward, and no refund, credit or other compensation is payable, including for any purchase made in order to qualify. Where a Reward cannot be provided and no substitution is offered, no Reward need be awarded.

9. Disqualification. Any person may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified and any Reward cancelled or refused where it is determined that the person has breached these Terms, provided false or misleading information, presented a fraudulent, duplicated or third-party receipt, or interfered with the Promotion or the Event. Rewards issued to a disqualified person are void. If, after a Reward is issued, any purchase counted towards the applicable threshold is returned, refunded or cancelled so that the participant no longer meets that threshold, the Reward may be cancelled and any ticket issued becomes void.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers of the Promotion, the Participating Retailers, the event producer, the venue and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, sponsors and service providers are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury or expense, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, a Reward, the Event or the meet-and-greet, including any tax consequence of receiving a Reward, which is the recipient's responsibility. No tax receipt or slip will be issued in respect of a Reward. By accepting a Reward, the recipient assumes all risk of injury, illness, death or other loss arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of a Reward, including attendance at the Event and the meet-and-greet, and forever releases and discharges those parties from all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses of any kind, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of that participation, receipt or use. Any claim relating to the Event or the meet-and-greet, including any claim in respect of the conduct of the Event, the venue or any performer, should be directed to the event producer or the venue. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. General. These Terms may be amended, and the Promotion may be suspended, shortened, extended or terminated in whole or in part, at any time without notice and without compensation and amended Terms take effect when posted at https://www.oakridgepark.com/en-us/events/the-front-row. These Terms prevail over any inconsistent statement in point-of-sale, print or online advertising material and over individual retailer policies. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Any provision held unenforceable is severed and the remainder continues in force. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
