Time Out Market Vancouver has revealed the next wave of chefs and culinary concepts set to join its highly anticipated opening at Oakridge Park. 

• Chef Vikram Vij will introduce Peacock, a brand-new Indian concept featuring standout dishes like Samosa Chaat, Jennifer’s Salt Fish Curry, and a family-style Chicken Korma.  
• Via Tevere, the authentic Neapolitan pizza makers founded by brothers Dom and Frank Morra, will serve traditional wood-fired pizzas and Italian paninos.  
• Kishimoto, led by Chef Akira Kishimoto, brings rich Japanese flavours with offerings such as Wagyu Broth Udon, Okonomiyaki, and Oshizushi alongside vegetarian options.  
• SANTO TACO will deliver heritage Mexican dishes and street-food favourites including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas built on traditionally prepared proteins.  
• Heritage Asian Eatery joins with its modern Chinese BBQ concept, featuring dishes like Premium Char Siu Pork and Signature Roast Duck.  
• Mello Donuts, known for its artisan handcrafted donuts and creative sweet treats, will serve its signature brioche donuts daily.  
• Boba Run, a locally owned bubble tea concept, will offer fun and fresh drinks made with real fruit and house-made syrups.  

Located at Oakridge Park, Time Out Market Vancouver is set to become a dynamic food and cultural destination, bringing together a curated mix of the city’s most celebrated chefs, restaurateurs, and emerging culinary voices. More than a traditional food hall, the Market is designed as an immersive experience that celebrates Vancouver’s diversity through food, drink, and culture.  

Spanning 51,000 square feet, the Market will include 18 kitchens, dedicated dessert and coffee counters, three bars, multiple event spaces, and seating for approximately 1,000 guests, alongside a large outdoor terrace opening onto a public park.
