Time Out Market Vancouver has revealed the first six chefs set to join its highly anticipated opening at Oakridge Park in Spring 2026. 

• Chef Rob Feenie will debut Feenie’s, serving elevated yet approachable gourmet burgers, including his signature Classic Burger and a Time Out Market exclusive made with house-ground wagyu and gruyère.

• Chef Chanthy Yen, winner of Top Chef Canada 2024, introduces Mee Bar, a modern Cambodian concept celebrating his heritage through bold, innovative dishes.

• Lunch Lady, the Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Vietnamese street food favourite, brings its flavour-packed menu inspired by Saigon street cuisine to the Market. 

• MaKaam, a new concept from Baan Lao Chef-Owner Nutcha Phanthoupheng, whose restaurant was named Canada’s Best Restaurant at the World Culinary Awards, will showcase modern artisan Thai cuisine with inventive twists.

• DownLow Chicken, a Vancouver institution known for its Nashville Hot Chicken, will serve its iconic fried chicken favourites.

• Barnacle by Bar Bravo, led by acclaimed Head Chef Jonah Joffe, will offer raw and cooked seafood highlighting seasonal, sustainable ingredients.

Time Out Market Vancouver will bring together the best of the city under one roof, showcasing award-winning chefs, beloved local institutions, rising culinary talent, and vibrant cultural programming in a casual, design-forward space.  

The Market will feature 18 kitchens, a dessert bar, a coffee shop, three bars, multiple event spaces, approximately 1,000 seats, and a large outdoor terrace overlooking a public park. 

Designed as a communal gathering place, guests will enjoy diverse cuisines around shared tables, with open kitchens offering a front-row seat to chefs in action. Alongside its curated food and drink offerings, Time Out Market Vancouver will host a year-round cultural program that is both accessible and affordable for locals and visitors alike.
