The Mouse King is stirring, toy soldiers stand at the ready, and the magic of The Nutcracker once again swept across Vancouver, ushering in a season of wonder, artistry, and shared celebration. 

As a proud champion of Vancouver’s arts community, Oakridge Park was proud to support Goh Ballet’s illustrious 15th Anniversary production of The Nutcracker as a Snow Scene and VIP Lounge sponsor. A cherished holiday tradition for generations, the production came to life through breathtaking choreography, live music performed by the Vancouver Opera Orchestra, and a remarkable cast of more than 200 dancers including the return of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens to Vancouver after more than 20 years.  

Guests were welcomed into Oakridge Park’s VIP Lounge, an intimate and festive retreat designed for connection and celebration. The evening featured complimentary beverages, exclusive photo moments, and meaningful meet-and-greet experiences with the dancers, offering a rare glimpse behind the curtain of this beloved performance. As a final touch, guests departed with thoughtfully curated gift bags with specially designed Oakridge Park 3D note pads, decadent chocolates from Purdys and a Montecristo Magazine, sweet keepsakes to mark an unforgettable night.
