Across two intimate evenings at the Oakridge Park Gallery, guests were treated to a rare culinary encounter as two celebrated concepts came together for their first-ever collaboration. Chef Chanthy Yen -the visionary force behind K11, Season 11 winner of Top Chef Canada, and Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient - brought the bold spirit of his heritage Cambodian cuisine. Alongside him, the Michelin-recommended Bar Bravo delivered expressive flavours and modern hospitality, creating a harmonious dialogue through food. 

Each chef crafted a signature course, culminating in a collaborative dessert created exclusively for these extraordinary nights, a testament to the innovation that awaits at Time Out Market at Oakridge Park.
