The credit amount varies by condo type purchased as follows: $50,000 for studio and 1 bedroom, $100,000 for 2 bedroom units and $150,000 for 3 bedroom units or more. All amounts listed are in Canadian dollars. Offer is available to legal residents of Canada (19+) who: (i) meet all the applicable legal requirements to purchase a condominium in British Columbia (“BC”) and (ii) between October 9-31, 2025, sign a valid contract of purchase and sale for a condominium unit located at 668 West 41st Avenue,  Vancouver, British Columbia or  656 West 41st Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia or 5931 Cambie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia  or 518 West 45th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.

 

To redeem the Offer, purchasers must have entered into a firm and binding contract, with the applicable rescission period under BC real estate law having expired. If the condominium does not close for any reason by December 31 2026, the Offer will be forfeited. Limit of (1) Offer per unit purchased. Offer will be applied at closing, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or redeemable for cash, except in QuadReal Property Group Limited’s sole discretion. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Participation in the Offer does not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to any benefit unless all stated conditions are met. Offer is subject to availability and may be modified, withdrawn, or terminated at any time without prior notice. All decisions of Quadreal are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.
